All shipping options include tracking, and you will receive notification of tracking information when the driver picks up your parcel.

Orders delivered within Australia and New Zealand are eligible for free standard shipping. Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery.

Parcels destined for Australia are delivered by Australia Post and require a signature on delivery. Authority to Leave can be requested in the shipping instructions when placing your order or via the link in your eParcel tracking email.


International purchases are sent via Australia Post International with parcel tracking. FREE express shipping on orders over $500 and a flat rate of $30 for others. Shipping times vary depending on location, but are usually between 5 and 10 business days. If you would like specific information on how your parcel is delivered to your country please see the Australia Post website.

International orders may be subject to your country's import duties and taxes. These may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs Authorities website for the latest rates.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.

Please note: It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (including shipping charges) on all packages. It is a criminal offence to falsify the details on this form. We cannot inaccurately describe the contents, claim a lower value or mark as a gift. Please do not ask, or expect us to do any of the above.


Pre-orders will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of the product arriving back in stock at Smitten HQ. Estimated shipping dates are indicative only. Please call our office on (03) 6212 0197 if you require more information.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand how tricky it can be to purchase garments online so we try to make the exchange and return process as easy as possible.

Due to the risk of damage to natural products during transit we require items to be returned to us within 14 days of leaving the Smitten warehouse, as long as they are unworn, unwashed and all original tags are attached. Try your new garments after a shower without perfume or deodorant that can taint the garment.

Please include a copy of our Exchange and Returns form in your parcel.

Please note: For the health and safety of everyone involved, we are unable to exchange or refund purchases of boxers and briefs.

Full price items are eligible for a full refund as long as they are returned within 14 days of despatch and are unwashed, unworn and have original tags in place. Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Due to non-refundable Afterpay merchant fees, refunds on purchases made using Afterpay are subject to a 6% processing fee.

Full price items purchased with the use of a discount or promotion code are considered full priced items and can be returned for an exchange or refund (excluding sale items). Exchanges for items of greater value require the difference to be paid in full prior to despatch.

You are responsible for any cost of returning your items back to us. We will pay for the first return back to you (Australia only). Any subsequent exchanges will incur a $10.00 fee for Australian adresses. International postage costs for exchanges will vary depending on country. Please contact us for details.

All goods will be inspected on return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. We cannot accept returns of clothing that has been altered or retailored in any way.

We recommend all returns are sent with tracking as we cannot process exchanges or refunds for items lost in the mail.

All exchanges and refunds are processed within 2 business days of their arrival at Smitten HQ.
