January 2026: Saying goodbye to dresses

HELLO LOVELY SMITTEN PEOPLE!

I hope you've all enjoyed a peaceful festive season and leisurely summer break. Well, here we are - into 2026, and it's going to be a good year! Surely?

It IS the year of the Fire Horse and that's my year, so that's got to help...🐎🐴

Update on our Carl - we had a quiet ( but tasty) Christmas lunch in his room at the Austin Hospital.  Not the most auspicious surrounds, but we were mostly all together ( River is in Japan snowboarding).

Carl will hopefully be having surgery for Diaphragmatic Pacing in the next few weeks - which will mean time off the ventilator, so we are looking forward to that.

HALF our Dresses Range On Sale at nearly Half Price *

As you all know - I love dresses. So easy to wear and quick to style-just put it on and you're done. They are also good travel pieces as you can layer them with leggings, long sleeve tops and cardigans.

However- my plan for Smitten in 2026 is a more streamlined and considered range... and so I will be starting with a more curated dress category. These styles will be permanently leaving - so when they're gone, they are really gone.

Don't miss out if your favourites are going. Limited sizes available.

THANK YOU SO MUCH

THANKS for appreciating and supporting locally made, ethical merino clothing that also looks good and feels great to wear.

Thanks for caring about who made your clothes and what they are made from.

And thank you again for your support and kind messages - they really matter through this challenging time. Your kindness and thoughtful words lift us up on the hard days.

Warmly,
Nic, Carl and all the Smitten Team xx
