Returns & Exchanges

We want you to LOVE your clothing, but if your purchase isn’t quite right for you, you are welcome to return any garments for a refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving it. We understand ever changing circumstances and do keep lockdowns and postage delays in mind but do ask that you please contact us via email to notify of your intention to return your garment within this timeframe. 

Please try all garments as soon as possible from receiving them, straight after a shower before applying deodorant or perfume. 

Please respect our garments. We are a small family business and we care about your clothing, so please ensure your items are returned in their original condition. We cannot accept items returned with perfume, covered in hair, pet hair or lint. 

All goods will be inspected on return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsaleable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

Your return/refund/exchange may take 7- 14 days to be processed as we are a small team. Thank you for your patience.

Change of mind returns for clearance sale items, and orders placed during sales/promotional period cannot be refunded. If an item is unsuitable, we offer an exchange or store credit valid for 12 months.

Note: For the health and safety of everyone involved, we are unable to exchange or refund purchases of boxer shorts, knickers and briefs.

Due to non-refundable fees, all AfterPay refunds will be less 6% processing fees.

How do I return my order?

To return your item to us, please contact to provide your name, invoice number and the details of what you would like to return. Please also provide details of your request - whether a refund, credit note or exchange (please detail the item you would like and we will pop it aside for you).

International return/exchanges must be declared as a RETURN ONLY or they will not be accepted. 

Fold your garments neatly in either a sealed bag or clothing bag, inside a post satchel for added protection during transit. 

We recommend opting for a traceable service as we are unable to provide refunds for lost or misplaced items. Please ensure to record your name and return address on your parcel.

I purchased an incorrect size, can I exchange it?

You are most welcome to exchange your item for another size! Simply return it to us and we will swap it over for you.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

We apologise if an item you have received is not in perfect condition. Please email an image of the item you received, along with proof of purchase and any relevant information to

Please note - we do not offer refunds or replacements for general wear and tear.

What about return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are not covered by us, but we will cover the cost of sending your first exchange back to you (including International parcels). Any subsequent exchanges will incur a flat rate AUD $12 shipping fee.
