How's your Autumn rolling along? I hope you're doing ok.

There's a lot going on in the world at the moment... I think we're all feeling it. Important to notice the little things that make you smile, the little rituals like your morning cup of tea, seeing friends, cuddling warm pets, a walk in nature. And good restorative sleep!

Carl is still in hospital, doing lots of rehab with his carers, and continues to be stoic. He really is inspirational. 

As winter approaches, it's a very good time to talk about sleeping in merino. Because sleep is SO important, whatever the weather...and I don't know about you, but sleep is getting more elusive the older I get... so most nights you'll see me in my onesie, or merino shorts and a cami :) and then a Smitten Dressing Gown over that when I trot off to  get my cup of tea...
