Your order will be dispatched within one business day of receiving payment. Orders placed before 1pm will be sent the same business day. Please note - this can vary during promotional periods. All parcels are dispatched from our Hobart (Tasmania) office.

All orders are dispatched with Australia Post and require a signature on delivery unless otherwise stated at the time of order. Tracking confirmation is provided automatically via email for each order, once dispatched at the end of each day.
Australia and New Zealand
FREE AusPost EXPRESS shipping (1–3 business days/4–8 to NZ) is used for all parcels within Australia and New Zealand. This service is FREE for orders over $99. A shipping charge of $12 (NZD$14) will be added to orders below $99 (NZD$106). New Zealand orders may choose a preferred carrier: AusPost or DHL Express. DHL Express orders to New Zealand incur a NZD$70 charge for orders under NZD$860.
All international parcels are sent via an express route of around 5-14 working days. Please allow extra time for clearance through customs. You can choose your preferred carrier: AusPost or DHL Express. Rates listed for international currencies below are estimates only, and are based on AUD.

Please note - International delivery costs do not include any duties or taxes which may be applied by customs at your destination country. Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient. By law we are required to declare the full value of your parcel. For more information we recommend contacting your local customs authority directly. Any parcels returned on the basis of a refusal to pay any duties and taxes will be refunded, excluding any shipping fees.
Please ensure to enter your shipping address correctly as once your order has been dispatched we cannot alter details or re-send incorrectly addressed parcels.
