Returns & Exchanges

We want you to LOVE your clothing, but if your purchase isn’t quite right for you, you are welcome to return it within 14 days of delivery (28 days for International orders). Items purchased during a sale/promotion or have used a discount code (excluding VIP 10% code) are eligible for an exchange or store credit only.

If you change your mind for any reason, we can accept a return on the following conditions:

  • Full priced items are eligible for refund, store credit or exchange
  • Sale items, items purchased during a sale/promotion or where a discount code is used (excluding VIP 10%) are eligible for a store credit or exchange
  • Pre loved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Due to non-refundable fees, all Afterpay refunds will be less 6% processing
  • Item/s must be returned within 14 days (28 days for International orders) of receiving your order
  • Items must be in original condition – unworn, unaltered, unwashed with no make up, perfume or pet hair
  • For health and safety reasons we are unable to exchange or return Boxer Shorts, Boy Leg Shorts, Knickers and Briefs
  • Gift Cards may not be returned

Please respect our garments. We are a small family business and we care about your clothing, so please ensure your items are returned in their original condition. We cannot accept items returned covered in hair, pet hair, make up, perfume, deodorant or lint.

To make a return, please email us with your order number, what you are returning and what you would like (exchange, refund, store credit) and we can provide the next steps. If you are processing an exchange we will pop the new item/s aside for you.

Smitten customers are responsible for all return postage costs.

All goods will be inspected on return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsaleable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

We aim to process returns the day they arrive but please allow up to 14 days as we are a very small team. Thank you for your patience.

You will receive email notification when your return has been processed.

We are very happy to offer exchanges on all items.

Return shipping costs are not covered by us, but we will cover the cost of sending your first exchange back to you (including International parcels). Any subsequent exchanges will incur a flat rate AUD $12 shipping fee (AUS/NZ orders) or $60 (International orders).

Store credits for exchanges/returns have no expiry date and can be redeemed on any future purchase, online or in store. They are not refundable or redeemable for cash.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience if you receive a faulty garment. Please email us with your order number and images of the fault to ensure we can redeem the issue as soon as possible.

If you would like to cancel or change an order, please email us as soon as possible. Please note, orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled or altered.

Purchased something but didn’t end up wearing it as much as you hoped? Perhaps it just wasn’t your size, your colour, your shape or an unwanted gift.
