Carl is doing ok and continues to be resilient and stoic. He really enjoys having Billy-Jean (the dog) on his lap for comfort when we visit. She also helps with the physio by weighting his legs!

Hope you're enjoying summer, and if you are holidaying, all the better. Take time to rest and refuel your battery for the year. I'm fascinated by my new Garmin watch and my Body Battery numbers - what charges and drains me? It's a good way to be mindful of our finite energy limit, and how essential it is to rest and re-charge.

We're slowly adjusting to our new life, living in another state, daily hospital visits, new and different family and work roles.

Hopefully we will be getting Carl back to Tassie in a few months, so there's some light at the end of a long, very difficult tunnel...

What a lesson in resilience.

Very excited to introduce our lovely Lemon, Jacaranda, Crocus, Viola and Matcha range! And they work with each other beautifully - I love the Crocus Pink with the Viola, and the Lemon with Jacaranda. They will also work back with your existing Smitten pieces. Which is what we are all about this year- loving what you already own.
