Graphite Herringbone

The most luxurious Smitten garment ever! Limited edition only.

Made right here in Tasmania, from Tasmanian made fabric (thank you Waverley Woollen Mills - made in Tasmania since 1874!), our bespoke Herringbone Long Coat is designed to match every outfit your heart could desire. The incredibly luscious pure merino wool outer layer keeps you snug and warm - whilst the pure silk lining helps this wool coat to glide over your layers beneath and will not stick or create static as so often happens with single layered coats!

This coat is a generous cut, with a swing style. It has 2 welt side pockets and a pleat in the centre back adding to the slight A line shaping.

It also has handmade matching wool buttons- it is an investment piece, you will wear for many years with pride.

True to roomy

Full length approx 80cm

Holly is 160cm tall and wears size 6/8

100% superfine merino wool (outer) & 100% silk (lining)

Being a handmade and natural product there can be slight variations within the fabric - making each piece unique.

A few words from Waverley Woollen Mills: "Where it all began - In 1874, Scotsman Peter Bulman founded our mill and began producing tweed, blankets, felted cloth, shirting and flannel. At the time, the press dubbed it the Waverley Woollen Factory, the name Bulman would later adapt to the Waverley Woollen Mills.

Our history - Sustainability and circularity have always been at the heart of our operations, and our landmark work in the 1900s - when we recycled wool offcuts from the factory floor to create blankets for those in need - truly set the standard for innovation in sustainable textile production. As time progressed on, wool manufacturing in Australia faced difficult times, and Waverley Mills experienced its share of challenges through various economic and operational pressures. Despite this, the brand has remained resilient over the past 150 years with a loyal following that has extended across the globe."
